The Maxi Cosi Priori XP car seat is accommodating for 20 pounds all the way up to 40 pounds and around 35 inches. What is great about this manufacturer is that they are safety experts. The base has the anti rebound bar, so when you put it against the back seat it prevents the whole car seat from flipping forward because the anti rebound bar is going to be secured against the back of your car.
